Maddie is in a pre-school group called "Alphabet Club." There are several of us Mom's who take turns teaching a letter each week. A couple of weeks ago we were learning the letter D, so for a field trip we went to Krispy Kreme to see how they make Donuts.

Yum! Yum! The kids had a great time learning about how donuts are made, I'm not sure they remember, but they had a great time anyway.

these are precious pictures. i am so bummed that our krispy kreme went out of business--for so many reasons. but when we did the letter d a couple of weeks ago with ian, i so wished we could do one of these tours. what a great field trip.
Looks like fun, I'm sorry we missed that one...I like the tour idea!
