1st and foremost the BIG promotion was for Dale...
General Litchfield and his staff made this spur of the moment promotion a special event for our family. Dale was supposed to pin on over in Saudi this coming March, but because of some great turn of events Dale was able to get his rank in advance...a very rare occurance, General Litchfield said he has never done this before.
Taylor was bound and determined to get that rank on his Dad...
he was having a few issues with the button...
He eventually got it done.
Introducing Major Williquette...that's got a pretty good ring to it!

Wow! You have had a lot of reasons to celebrate lately! Loved the pictures from the promotion ceremony. When my husband was in the Marine Corps, when we were first married, I went to 2 of his promotion ceremonies and got to do his pins too. It was always such a great feeling and a proud moment!
